In that discipline, the practitioner must train in all aspects of stand-up fighting (boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai) and of ground fighting (wrestling, grappling, BJJ, submission fighting). That is why we provide the enthusiast the opportunity to see and experience first-hand those fighting styles.
